6 Months

Allie is now 6 months old! I can't believe time has gone by so fast. Allie has brought so much to our family. She is always making us laugh and keeping Mommy and Daddy busy. She has started rice cereal and peas. Allie loves peas!! After lunch she gets upset because the peas are gone.

Allie is sitting on her own and rolling over very well. She can stand while holding onto things and if she is holding your fingers Allie will walk. This is one of her favorite things to do. Kevin and I keep having her "practice" crawling and we have gotten her to get up on all fours but no movement yet. Allie will just rock on all fours. She is so sweet. Allie loves to give kisses and hugs. She has just started leaning towards us to give us a kiss or hug. That always makes me and Kevin smile.

We had the 6 month appointment yesterday. She did a great job with the exam and the shots. The shots just made her really mad. As soon as the nurse left the room, she was smiling and playing. She loved the paper on the exam table. Allie had so much fun making the crinkling noise from the paper. Our doctor told us she was doing great.
