She loved these rides and kept wanting to ride them!

For a while we have been wanting to go to Holiday World. It is about 3 hrs away so we just did a day trip. We left early and got home really late but we had so much fun. We had a chance to go on Saturday 10/20. It was a special Halloween weekend. They had decorated the park, hosted a special kids Halloween section (trick or treat trail, pumpkin decorating, etc), and had a special laser show at the end of the day. Both girls were able to ride quite a few rides. Leah loved the kiddie rides and we were able to buckle her. Leah kept pointing to ride again. Allie had a good time on the kiddie roller coaster and some of the other rides that spin.  Kevin and I were able to ride the larger coasters. We just took turns watching the girls.

There was a 3D Halloween Adventure (Haunted House but for families). We went in with both girls not really knowing what to expect. It was pretty cool. They gave us 3D glasses as we went in. When you had the glasses on the neon paint looked 3D; without the glasses it was just neon paint on the walls. Allie liked it without the glasses. There were 3 actors in the adventure. They all 3 scared me! :) I was a few steps behind Allie and they were really good at jumping out just after Allie past. Haha! Kevin was carrying Leah so no one jumped out at him. Kevin and Allie thought it was really funny that Mommy screamed and they didn't. :)

There was a Halloween show with music and dancing. The performers were really dressed up and very spooky! Both girls were a little nervous at the beginning but were fine (we were on the 2nd row). The performers were also really good about not scaring them.

During the day, Allie said at least 3 times "Thanks for bringing me and can we come again." This made mine and Kevin's day! We had a great day trip!
