Our church has a breakfast with Santa on a Saturday morning in December every year. This year Mrs. Claus was able to come too! It is always so much fun. There are games, crafts, really good food, and of course pictures with Santa! We fed Allie a small breakfast before we went because we knew she would be way to excited to eat. As soon as we got there we thought we would do the picture first (lesson learned from pumpkin farm haha). So we were 1st in line and then someone told us Santa wasn't coming until after we ate. Then we went and got our food and tried to eat. Allie was really excited so she barely ate anything and only wanted to go play the games and do crafts that were set up. She ended up playing while Kevin and I ate our breakfast. Then it was picture time. We had to wait for a few families to go before us but it wasn't bad. Allie was literally hopping in line because she was so excited. When it was our turn she ran up to Santa and started talking to him and sitting in his lap. Both girls did great!!!

She was so proud!
One day after school Allie went over to Pa and Grandma's house to decorate. Pa had already done the lights and Sydney had been working on the tree most of the day but there was still plenty of ornaments and tinsel to put on. Allie and Thomas thought it was so cool to get to climb the ladder and hang an ornament. There are things that you can only do at Grandparents houses. :) Leah even helped a little (by watching). After the tree was decorated they all decided to play some before going home.
Now for funny sayings from Allie:
-Mommy, Pa is better (cook) than you. You have salad Pa does not.
- Allie was showing Leah her play cell phone and said "look we can play plants vs. zombies on my phone."
-We gave our mailman a Target gift card and it had a picture of a puppy on it. She handed it to him and said "You can buy a puppy!!"
- Allie got in the car after school one day and said "I should be a pirate when I grow up."
-Leah had a really bad cough so I called the doctor and they suggested some Pedialyte for extra fluids. So, I went and got some and it was fruit flavored. When I first gave it to Leah from a bottle she LOVED it!!! She normally will let a little milk come out of her mouth when she is using a bottle but when it was Pedialyte in the bottle not 1 drop came out and she was really upset when it was finished. FYI: the cough is now gone and she is doing much better.

Cute pictures!! I can't wait for next Christmas when we have a little one too! I love reading all the things Allie says - zombies? Has she been playing xbox with Kevin?
